摘要
随着我国职业教育现代学徒制试点工作的深入推进,加强现代学徒制试点项目的过程管理和成效评价,成为现代学徒制试点工作的重要内容之一。为此,需要根据现代学徒制项目的实施情况,建构科学、合理的管理评价模型。引入灰色系统理论,建立灰色关联度分析模型,通过设计现代学徒制项目评价指标体系,组织专家型评委采集语言评价指标信息,建立评价指标矩阵,计算灰色关联度进行项目评价,从而形成可信度高的评价结论。
With the deepening of China's vocational education modern apprenticeship pilot work,strengthening the process management and effectiveness evaluation of the modern apprenticeship pilot project has become one of the important tasks of the modern apprenticeship pilot work.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a scientific and reasonable management evaluation model according to the implementation of modern apprenticeship program.To accomplish this target,the grey relational analysis(GRA)method is used to construct a GRA analysis model.By developing a systematic set of evaluation indexes,in combination with the subjective evaluation from the specialized experts in this area,the evaluation index matrix is constructed,and the grey relativity is calculated for the pilot program evaluation,so as to form the evaluation conclusion with high credibility.
