摘要
采用问卷调查法,对323名西部地区高职教师的职业承诺现状进行了调查。结果表明:西部高职教师的职业承诺高于中等水平,得分由低到高依次为:继续承诺>规范承诺>情感承诺;西部高职教师的职业承诺在年龄、职称上存在显著性差异。
This paper explores the occupational commitment of 323 higher vocational school teachers in west China by employing questionnaire.The result shows that the occupational commitment lies in the intermediate level.To be specific,emotional commitment is of the top level,norm commitment the second place,continuance commitment the lowest;There is a significant difference in occupational commitment within different ages and professional titles.
