摘要
油压装置对油气比例的冗余控制,是一种多重安全补气装置实现补气的冗余控制。它通过增加软启动器和油泵流量传感器,使油气参量实现了冗余检测,优化了补气与补油的逻辑关系,实现了油泵的冗余控制和故障切换,提高了油压装置工作的可靠性,可有效解决部分电站仍然采用手动补气的难题。
The redundant control of the oil-air ratio in oil pressure devices is introduced.For the oil supplement control,redundant soft starters and oil pump flow sensors are added to realize the redundant control and failover of the oil pumps.For the air supplement control,a multiple safe air supply device is added.Also,the logical relationship between the air and oil supplement is optimized and redundant detection sensors for the oil and air parameters are installed.Thus,the operation reliability of the oil pressure devices is greatly improved.Difficulty of the manual air supplement in some power stations is also solved.
