摘要 介绍油压装置的选型设计。以水轮机控制系统国家标准和水电站满足小网的技术要求为选型准则,应用玻耳定律和经验估算法计算了油压装置压力油罐的容积,所选压力油罐的容积经过复核,完全满足水电站运行要求。根据选型准则计算确定了油泵和电机的容量,整个补油系统采用冗余设计,选用节能的双油泵、双电机、双减载冗余型组合阀,主要自动化元件和控制设备选用进口优质产品。 The type selection of the oil pressure unit in Nam Ou 6 Hydropower Station of Laos is introduced.Chinese na-tional standard for governing system of hydraulic turbine and technical requirements for hydropower stations in small pow-er grids are adopted as the selection criteria.Volume of the oil tank in the oil pressure unit is estimated with the Boyle's Law and engineering experiences, which satisfies the operational requirement of the hydropower station.Also, the ca-pacities of the oil pump and the electrical motor are determined.Redundancy design is used for the whole oil supply sys-tem, in which the energy saving dual oil pump, dual electrical motor, and dual retraction redundancy combination valve are adopted.And, high quality imported products are selected for the main automatic components and control devices.
