某大型水轮发电机组调整负荷期间自动补气阀异常动作,直接影响油压装置压力油罐的正常补气,分析自动补气阀反复开启、关闭动作的原因,并对自动补气阀控制逻辑进行优化改进,为后续水轮发电机组现场调试及自动补气的控制逻辑学习提供参考。
The abnormal action of automatic air compensating valve directly affects the normal air supply of pressure oil tank during the load adjustment of a large hydro - generator set. The paper analyzes the reasons of repeated opening and closing actions of the valve and optimizes the control logic of the valve, which can be well referenced by similar projects.
