摘要
校企合作是光电信息特色专业建设的关键,也是推进光电信息人才与企业共同发展的有效途径。针对目前高等教育存在人才培养落后于市场需求,教师科研难以转化成果,教学资源缺乏等问题,提出"政校行企社"五方联动共同推进光电信息产业的发展,这将有利于学生就业,行业发展和社会进步。
University-Enterprise collaboration plays a key role in the characteristic development the specialty of Optoelectronic Information.It is also an effective approach to the development of both parties.To address the issues in higher education including talent cultivation failing to meet the need of job market,difficulty in the transformation of university research into application and the shortage of teaching resources,the present study proposes involving the government,colleges,industries,enterprises and society in specialty development of Optoelectronic Information Specialty,which may be good for student employment and the development of the industries and society.
