摘要
当前国内高校创新创业人才的培养还不能完全适应社会需要,主要原因是培养主体各自为政,资源分散导致效益低下。在协同机制下,高校、企业和政府成为创新创业人才培养的共同主体,以协同建立科学的运营机制、协同开展创新创业理论教育、协同指导创新创业实践活动、协同培育创新创业的文化为路径,提高各类资源配置的效益,更好地为"大众创业,万众创新"培养创新创业人才。
Currently, innovative talents training in domestic colleges and universities cannot fully meet the social needs. The main reason is the fragmented, scattered resources leading to low efficiency. With a cooperative mechanism, universities, enterprises and government become the main players in the innovation and entrepreneurship training. They work together to establish a scientific operational mechanism, to carry out collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship education, to provide cooperative guidance for innovation and entrepreneurship practice, to foster collaborative culture of innovation and entrepreneurship as the path, to improve the efficiency of the allocation of various resources, and to bring into reality where entrepreneurship and innovation is a popular practice.
