摘要
羽毛球是一项兼具比赛和娱乐健身性质的大众运动,随着技术的发展,这项运动也将增添更多自动化、智能化的元素。本文设计了可供羽毛球练习和娱乐使用的羽毛球发球机的机械结构,主要由角度调节结构、发球结构、旋转结构及拨球结构组成。利用Soild Works软件进行设计,利用3D打印和激光加工技术进行加工,制作出实物模型,完成了功能验证。
Badminton is a popular sport with both competition and entertainment.Along with the development of technology,this sport will also add more automatic and intelligent elements.A mechanical structure of a badminton service machine which can be used for practice and entertainment is developed in this paper.The structure consists of adjust mechanism、service mechanism、turning mechanism and stirring mechanism.The software is used to design,and a 3D printing and laser processing are used for processing.Then the physical model is made and functional verification are completed.
