一种钻耕农机的设计与仿真

摘要 针对旋耕机不易入土、抖动较大、耕深调节不可控等缺点,设计了一种钻耕形式的微耕机。此机器结构简单,以钻耕刀具代替旋耕刀具,刀具有向前平动和旋转切削土壤2个运动,相比旋耕刀具更易入土、碎土均匀、抖动较小,使用刀具调节手柄实现耕深调节可控。通过SoildWorks软件对刀具进行静应力分析,证明刀具在工作时可以满足强度要求。对扶手进行模态分析验证了机器设计的合理性。通过实验验证了刀具的碎土能力,证明此形式的微耕机在结构设计和耕作方式上具有一定的优越性。 In view of the such shortcomings as the rotary tiller not easy to enter the soil, the larger jitter and the uncontrollable adjustment of the tillage depth, a kind of micro tillage machine is designed in this paper. This machine is simple in structure, and the cutting tool is used to replace the rotary tillage cutter. The cutter has two movements in the forward moving and rotating cutting soil. Compared with the rotary cutting tool, it is easier to enter the soil, the ground is more even and the jitter is smaller. The tool adjustment handle is used to adjust and control the depth of the plow. Through the static stress analysis of the tool by SoildWorks software, it is proved that the tool can meet the strength requirement when working, and the modal analysis of the armrest is used to verify the rationality of the machine design. Through the simulation and experimental verification, it is proved that this type of micro tillage machine has a certain superiority in the structure design and the mode of farming.
