羽毛球发球机对提高羽毛球教学训练效率的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 运用教学实验法、数理统计法、观察法和文献资料法等,通过对北京体育大学教育学院大一羽毛球专项班分别进行发球机喂球与传统人工喂球练习技术的训练效率进行对比。结果表明:对中、后场的喂球,应用发球机喂球的训练效率明显高于传统人工喂球。前场小球的训练效率差异不明显。在教学训练中应用发球机轮转训练法可以兼顾训练的多样化,训练者水平的差异化,最大限度的发挥了教练员的主观能动性,实现一对多的技术训练模式,大大提高教学质量与训练效率。 The paper uses teaching experimental method, mathematical statistics, observational method, documentation method, etc. to compare the practice technology and training efficiency by badminton pitching machine and traditionally artificial pitching among badminton special class of grade one in School of Education of Beijing Sport University. The results shows that the training efficiency by machine is obviously higher than that by traditionally artificial pitching in pitching practice balls of mid court and rear count. While the training efficiency differencesin front court is not obvious. Rotation training method with pitching machine in teaching and training can simultaneously focus on both diversity of training and difference of levels of trainees, which can extremely activate subjective initiative of coaches, implement one - to - many technological training mode, so as to greatly improve teaching quality and training efficiency.
