摘要
目前师范生具有重视课堂管理能力的意识,但也存在课堂秩序难以维护、难以树立威信、突发事件难以处理和无视课堂问题等不足。从行动研究的视角进行研究,有助于提高师范生的课堂管理能力。
At present, the normal school students have the consciousness of paying attention to the classroom management abilities. However, some problems still exist in the following aspects, i.e. maintaining classroom order, establishing prestige, handling emergency, ignoring the classroom problems, etc. It is helpful to improve normal school students’ classroom management abilities from the perspective of action research.
