摘要
《黄帝内经》中曰:"五色形于外,五脏应于内,犹根本之与枝叶也。色脉形肉,不得相失也。故有病必有色,内外相袭,如影随形,如鼓应桴,远者,司外揣内,近者,司内揣外,五色之见,莫不相输应焉"。本文依据《黄帝内经》经典,论述了五色与五脏、五色与疾病,以及察五色色中之泽、五色与面部部位的关联,旨在通过面部之五色诊法及早的发现患者机体和脏腑功能的异常,在临床中更好地体现治未病原则。
The Inner Canon of Huangdi says,“The five colors are outward,and the five organs are inward,which are like the roots and the branches.Color,pulse,shape and muscle are indispensable and interact.”,based on the classic of Inner Canon of Huangdi,this paper discusses the relationship between the five colors and five organs,five colors and diseases,and examines the associations of five colors and facial parts,with a goal to have early discovery of patients of dysfunctions of the viscera from the body and facial five-color,five colors diagnosis,which better reflects disease prevention in the clinical practice.
