摘要
以246名朝鲜族幼儿教师为研究对象,调查图画书教育活动实施现状,结果发现教师对图画书教育活动的熟悉度和图画书教育活动实施情况处于中等水平,教师评价幼儿对图画书教育活动的满意度处于中等偏下水平。朝鲜族幼儿教师的图画书早期阅读活动教学经历对图画书教育活动的熟悉度、图画书教育活动的实施情况、教师评价幼儿对图画书教育活动的满意度产生显著影响。因此,应通过职前、入职、职后教育帮助朝鲜族幼儿教师积累丰富的图画书早期阅读活动教学经历,提高朝鲜族幼儿园的图画书教育活动质量。
From the perspective of lifelong education theory,the analysis of picture book education activities in Korean Chinese kindergartens is highly meaningful for“supporting young children in growing up as lifelong learners”.Byleading investigations on 246 Korean Chinese early childhood teachers teachers about currentpicture book education activities,it is found that both the familiarity of Korean Chinese early childhood teachers on picture book education and the implementation of the picture book education in Korean Chinese kindergartens stay in intermediate level,and that the evaluation of teachers’satisfactory on early childhood picture book education came out as below medium level.Teachers’reading and teaching experience have a significant impact on their familiarity on picture book education,the implementation of the picture book education in Korean Chinese kindergartens,and the teachers’satisfactory on early childhood picture book education.Through pre-service educations,inductive educations and post-service educations,Korean Chinese early childhood teachers should be given more help to accumulate more teaching experience on picture book reading activities,so as to enhance the quality of picture book education activities in Korean Chinese kindergartens.
