摘要
巴基斯坦俾路支恐怖主义问题是影响巴基斯坦国家安全和中巴经济走廊建设的重要问题。近年来,俾路支各种反叛组织、教派极端组织活动频繁,并不断发动恐怖袭击,造成了大量人员伤亡。俾路支恐怖势力的发展不仅与俾路支民族分离势力的发展联系密切,而且与该省的社会经济发展状况和资源开发,阿富汗难民和毒品问题等联系紧密。俾路支恐怖主义问题恶化了中巴经济走廊建设的投资环境,提高了中巴经济走廊建设安全维护的成本。
Balochistan issue in Pakistan is an important issue affecting Pakistan’s national security and the construction of the Pakistan-China Economic Corridor.In recent years,various rebel groups and religious organization in Balochistan constantly launched terrorist attacks,resulting in a large number of casualties,and Balochistan terrorism highlighted.The development of the Balochistan terrorist forces is closely linked not only to the development of the separatist forces of Balochistan,but also to the socio-economic development of the province and the development of resources,Afghan refugees and drug issues.The Balochistan issue of terrorism deteriorated the investment environment for the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor,and it was not conducive to the smooth progress of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Project,and increased the cost of maintaining the safety of the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
