摘要
中国-巴基斯坦经济走廊作为"一带一路"倡议实施的近期重点和样板工程,受到中巴双方及国际社会的广泛关注。从巴基斯坦国内来看,支持的声音占主流,但巴基斯坦不同政党之间在走廊的具体路线及利益分配等方面存在争议。从国际社会来看,中巴经济走廊建设受到相关国家的高度关注,同时也面临着来自美国、印度等国家的质疑和压力。通过多次研讨和专家咨询活动发现,中巴双方和国际社会专家总体支持中巴经济走廊建设,但各位专家也提出走廊建设需关注环境社会问题,着力构建绿色中巴经济走廊。走廊建设过程中应加强利益相关方态度研究,积极应对各方合理诉求,加强信息公开,重视媒体和舆论作用,推动走廊建设的顺利实施。
China-Pakistan Economic Corridor（ CPEC） is the＂construction pioneer＂and＂flagship project＂of the Belt and Road Initiative（ BR）. CPEC has drawn great attention from both China and Pakistan,as well as the international community. In Pakistan,most people support CPEC,except that different parties hold different opinions on the pathway design and profits distribution. CPEC also draws attention from the international community and faces challenges and pressures from the United States,India and some other countries at the same time. Through discussing with experts in CPEC research field from China,Pakistan and other countries,we found that most of the experts have positive attitude towards CPEC. Moreover,they believe that environmental and social problems need to be taken into consideration to build a green CPEC. In order to make the CPEC successful,we need to study the attitude of important stakeholders and actively respond to their demands. We also need to improve the information disclosure and value the public opinion and media during the CPEC construction.
