摘要
文中探讨一种有效培养研究生科研创新能力的课程教学经验总结。从某校管理学科研究生课程《现代管理分析技术与方法》的教学实践中,探索出具有培养研究生科研创新能力的课程教学环节组织实施方法,并通过调查问卷法与访谈法对该校管理学科研究生的科研成果进行调研分析,结果显示该课程对培养研究生创新能力产生显著影响。最后,对依托课程《现代管理分析技术与方法》教学引领研究生科研创新能力的经验进行总结与归纳,对相关学科领域的研究生创新能力培养具指导意义。
This paper explores a summary of curriculum teaching for cultivating postgraduates' scientific research and innovation ability effectively.From the teaching practice of the course named Modern Management Analysis Technology And Method,the organization implementation method of teaching link for cultivating postgraduates scientific research and innovation ability are concluded.The scientific research achievements of the postgraduates majoring management science are analyzed through the questionnaire and interview method.The results show that the course has an important impact on cultivating the innovation ability of postgraduates.Finally,the research ability of postgraduates' scientific research and innovation are summarized relying on the experience of the course,which can instruct cultivating the innovation ability of postgraduates in related disciplines.
