摘要
基于正交回归实验设计工艺参数的方法,本实验研究了喷涂距离、氧气流量和送粉量对高速火焰喷涂NiCr-Cr_3C_2涂层性能的影响,获得了喷涂工艺参数与涂层孔隙率、硬度、结合强度的关系。结果表明:喷涂距离、氧气流量和送粉量对涂层性能具有交互的影响,优化的喷涂距离、氧气流量和送粉量有利于获得性能较好的涂层。
Based on the orthogonal experimental design process parameters method,the effects of spraying distance,oxygen flow and powder feed rate on the basic properties of High Velocity Oxygen Fuel sprayed NiCr-Cr3C2 coating were systematically studied.The relationship between the principal processing parameters and the coating porosity,hardness,tensile adhesion strength were obtained.The results show that the spray distance,oxygen flow and powder feed rate have an interactive effects on the coating properties,and the moderate spraying distance,oxygen flow and powder feed rate are favorable for obtaining a coating with better performance.
