摘要
基于正交实验设计方法 ,系统试验研究了氧气流量、燃气流量和喷涂距离对超音速火焰喷涂 Cr3C2 Ni Cr涂层磨粒磨损性能的影响 ,获得了喷涂工艺条件与涂层磨粒磨损失重量的定量关系和最佳的喷涂工艺参数 ,并进行了实验验证。结果表明 :氧气流量、燃气流量和喷涂距离对涂层磨粒磨损性能具有交互影响。其中燃气流量和氧气流量的影响较为显著 。
Based on the orthogonal regression experimental design method, the abrasive wear performance of the HVOFsprayed Cr 3C 2NiCr coatings deposited under different flows of both propane and oxygen and spray distances is systematically investigated. The optimum spraying parameters and the quantitative relations between abrasive wear weight loss and spraying parameters are obtained. It is shown that the flows of both propane and oxygen and spray distance have an interaction on the abrasive wear performance of the coatings. The influence of the flows of both propane and oxygen on the abrasive wear performance is comparatively significant and the moderate flows of both propane and oxygen are beneficial to depositing Cr 3C 2NiCr coatings with good abrasive wear resistance.
