摘要
高速连铸要求结晶器有高强度、良好的导热性、高的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,表面处理可以达到改善其表面性能的目的。综述了不同表面改性技术在结晶器上应用,通过对不同的表面改性层性能的研究,发现表面处理是提高其耐磨性和高温耐腐蚀性的有效手段,可以达到提高连铸坯质量、延长结晶器寿命和降低生产成本的目的。
A review was given on the progress in the study of surface treatment technologies for continuous casting mould. It was pointed out that the surface properties of the continuous casting mould requiring high strength and good thermal conductivity, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance could be improved by applying proper surface treatment technologies. Moreover, it was feasible to effectively and significantly increase the wear resistance and high temperature corrosion resistance of the continuous casting mould making use of suitable surface treatment processes, which helped to increase the casting slab quality and prolong the life of the mould and decrease the production cost.
