摘要 利用球磨方法得到用于喷涂的、粒度约40μm的硫化亚铁(FeS)微颗粒,再用超音速火焰喷涂的方法在45钢表面制备了固体润滑硫化亚铁涂层。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和光学显微镜观察分析了硫化亚铁喷涂层的表面、截面与磨面形貌。利用MM-200摩擦磨损试验机考察了硫化亚铁喷涂层在干摩擦条件下的摩擦学性能。结果表明,固体润滑硫化亚铁喷涂层具有优异的减摩、耐磨性能。 The powder of FeS, with granularity of 40 μm for spraying, was prepared by ball-mill method, and then the FeS powder was sprayed by ultrasonic flame spraying to form the solid lubrication FeS coating on the 45 steel surface. AFM, SEM equipped with EDX and optical microscope were employed to observe and analyze the morphologies of the surface, cross-section and wear scar of the coatings. The tribological properties of the sprayed FeS coatings were investigated on a ring-block friction and wear tester of MM-200 model under dry sliding. The results show that the sprayed FeS coating possesses the remarkable properties of anti-friction and wear-resistance.
