摘要
针对东海深井井底温度高,储层为低渗-特低渗,煤层发育,井壁易失稳等特点,研制了自由水络合剂、高温护胶剂、深部抑制剂、温压成膜剂、胶束封堵剂和微纳米固壁剂,构建了抗高温新型低自由水钻井液体系。室内评价与现场应用结果表明,该钻井液体系具有良好的流变性、抑制性、抗高温能力和储层保护性能,满足深井高温的作业需求,并提高了作业时效。
In view of the characteristics of high bottom temperature, low permeability-extra low permeability reservoir, development of coal seam and instability of well bore. A new type of low free-water drilling fluid system with high temperature resistance was developed, including free water complexing agent, high temperature protective agent, deep inhibitor, warm pressure film forming agent, micellar blocking agent and micro-nanometer wall cementing agent. The results of indoor evaluation and field application indicate that the new low free-water drilling fluid system has good rheological, inhibitory, high-temperature resistance and reservoir protection performance, meets the operating demand of high-temperature deep well and improves the operation time.
