基于数据分析的随钻井壁稳定技术研究与应用

摘要 为分析某3井在钻进过程中遇到大量井壁失稳,导致两次卡钻事故的问题,以井壁失稳与卡钻机理分析为目标,通过邻井资料审核,对测井、钻井等资料的适用性和完整性进行检查,基于数据情况建立一维岩石力学模型,得到该区域东营组存在明显超压,最大孔隙压力为1.4~1.5 g/cm^(3),建立一套基于有限量历史数据资源且工程可操作的井壁稳定分析方法。以此指导钻井作业,减少复杂情况及事故的发生。 In order to analyze the problems of two sticking accidents caused by a large number of sidewall instability encountered in a certain 3 well during drilling,aiming at wellbore instability and sticking mechanism analysis,through the examination of adjacent well data,the applicability and integrity of logging and drilling data are checked,an one-dimensional rock mechanics model is established based on the data,and it is found that there is obvious overpressure in Dongying formation in this area,and the maximum pore pressure is 1.4~1.5 g/cm^(3).A set of workable sidewall stability analysis method based on limited historical data resources is established.In order to guide drilling operations and reduce the occurrence of complex situations and accidents.
