钻井辅助决策系统构建及在渤中19-6的工程实践 被引量:14

摘要 为了解决钻井工程产生的大量数据缺乏有效分析处理和深入挖掘的问题,并实现井场与基地及时的技术互动与远程支持,开展了钻井辅助决策系统的研究与构建。实时动态的钻完井数据库以钻井模拟器为核心,集成了耦合水动力模型、摩阻与扭矩模型、钻速优化模型等钻井工程计算模型,实现钻井过程的实时动态模拟、三维可视化、远程钻井监控。通过渤中19-6勘探项目9口井的应用,结合摩擦因数反演法、水力模型拟合法以及阶段校正等方法,最终实现了摩阻与扭矩、水力参数模拟精度90%、地层孔隙压力监测精度97%的准确度,开展了累计20余次的远程专家会诊技术支持工作,最终建立了一套基于数据瞬态模拟分析的远程钻井辅助决策系统结构与工作方法。 Abundant data generated by drilling engineering is not analyzed and processed effectively and the related problems are not researched thoroughly. In addition, well sites and bases are lack of timely technical interactivity and remote support. In order to solve these problems, an assistant decision-making system for well drilling was established. Then, a real-time dynamic drilling and completion database was studied and newly built, and the drilling engineering calculation models (e.g. coupled hydrodynamic model, friction and torque model and ROP optimization model) were integrated with drilling simulator as the core, and thus real-time dynamic simulation, three-dimensional visualization and remote drilling monitoring in the process of drilling is realized. Finally, based on its application in 9 wells of BZ19-6 exploration project, combined with friction coefficient inversion method, hydraulic simulation fitting method and stage correction method, the simulation accuracy of friction and torque and hydraulic parameter was 90% and the monitoring accuracy of formation pore pressure was 97%. What’s more, remote technical support based on expert consultation has been carried out accumulatively over 20 times. And eventually, a set of structure and method of remote assistant decision-making system for well drilling based on transient data simulation analysis was established.
