摘要
针对钻速过慢问题,设计实验来优化钻井液:首先评价各处理剂对钻井液性能的影响;然后找出各处理剂最优化的加量范围;最后通过实验来验证新的钻井液体系能否达到提高机械钻速的目的。根据现有的实验结果设计出的新钻井液体系,适当放宽失水,密度能降低到1. 10 g/cm3左右,页岩线性膨胀率显著降低和页岩回收率显著的升高。若进一步提高粘土含量和大分子含量,动塑比可以控制在对提升钻进速度最有利的0. 36~0. 48 Pa/(MPa·s)范围内。
To solve the problem of too slow drilling rate,an experiment was designed to optimize the drilling fluid.The effect of each treatment agent on the performance of drilling fluid was evaluated.The appropriate range of each treatment agent to increase was found.The experiment was carried out to verify whether the new drilling fluid system can achieve the purpose of improving the drilling speed.According to the current experimental results,the new drilling fluid system can reduce the density around to 1.10 g/cm^3 when the dehydration was appropriately broadened.And the linear expansion rate of shale decreased remarkably and the recovery rate of shale increased significantly.If clay content and macromolecular content were further increased,the dynamic and plastic ratio can be controlled within the range of 0.36~0.48 Pa/(MPa·s),which was the most favorable for increasing drilling speed.
