摘要
目的:对比观察不同物理疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效,为变应性鼻炎患者选择治疗方式提供依据。方法:将352例常年性变应性鼻炎患者随机分成微波组(A组109例)、低温等离子组(B组117例)和聚焦超声超声组(C组126例)。三组患者均在鼻内镜下完成手术,对比观察治疗后1个月、6个月、12个月进行总体疗效改善情况。结果:随访1个月,A组的总体有效率为80. 73%,B组为90. 60%,C组为94. 44%,总体有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),但B组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);随访6个月,A组的总体有效率为72. 48%,B组为83. 76%,C组为92. 06%,总体有效率比较,差异有极显著性意义(P <0. 01),B组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),C组总有效率高于B组;随访一年,A组的总体有效率为66. 06%,B组为78. 63%,C组为88. 10%,总体有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),B组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),C组总有效率高于B组。结论:聚焦超声、低温等离子治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效优于微波,聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎保护了鼻腔的生理功能,具有术后反应轻、术后恢复快、远期疗效好等特点,值得广泛应用。
Objective To compare the therapeutic efects of different physical therapy methods on allergic rhinitis,It can be provide evidence to choice the treatment methods for the patients with allergic rhinitis.Method 352 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into microwave treatment group(A group of 109 cases),radiofrequency ablation group(group B 117 cases)and Focused uhrasound group(group C 126 cases).All cases of allergic rhinitis were operated by nasal endoscopy.To observe the overall effect after 1 month,6 months and 12 months.Results Follow-up after a month,the total effective rate were as follows:80.73%in the microwave treatment group,90.60%in the radiofrequency ablation group and 94.44%in the Focused uhrasound group(P<0.01).But the total effective rate in the B and C were equal(P>0.05).Follow-up after 6 months,the total effective rate were as follows:72.48%in the microwave treatment group,83.76%in the radiofrequency ablation group and 92.06%in the Focused uhrasound group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the C group was higher than B group(P<0.05).Follow-up after 12 months,the total effective rate were as follows:66.06%in the microwave treatment group,78.63%in the radiofrequency ablation group and 88.10%in the Focused uhrasound group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the C group was higher than B group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Focused uhrasound,radiofrequency ablation were far better than the Microwave on allergic rhinitis.The long-term efficacy of Focused uhrasound was higher than radiofrequency ablation on allergic rhinitis.When be treated on allergic rhinitis,the Focused ultrasound protects the physiological function of the nasal cavity.It has characteristics such as lighter postoperative response,quick recovery,good long-term efficacy,etc.It worth wide using.
