摘要 目的探讨应用鼻中隔矫正和低温等离子射频消融术在治疗常年性变应性鼻炎中的疗效。方法选择76例鼻中隔偏曲合并有常年性变应性鼻炎的患者予手术治疗并观察其治疗效果。结果短期总有效率为92%,1年后总有效率为78%。结论鼻中隔偏曲合并有常年性变应性鼻炎通过鼻中隔粘膜下矫正同时行低温等离子射频消融术治疗,可获得较满意的效果。 Objective To observe the curative effects of nasal septum deviation orthopedy and temperature - controlled Radiofrequency ablation for perennial allergic rhinitis, Methods Seventy six eases of nasal septum deviation combined with perennial allergic rhinitis were treated by operation, Results The total efficiency ratio is 92 % in short term and 8 % after one year. Conclusions Nasal septum deviation orthopedy and temperature - controlled radiofrequency ablation have excellent curatire effects for the nasal septurn deviation with perennial allergic rhinitis.
