摘要
目的对派瑞林修饰石英晶体微天平(P-QCM)芯片的家用便携式凝血检测仪(简称P-QCM凝血仪)的一致性进行分析。方法以活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)为检测指标,采用相同的血液样本,利用PQCM凝血仪进行全血和血浆检测,并与国际公认的光学凝血检测仪进行比对分析。结果独立10次实验检验同一离心血浆样本,P-QCM凝血仪的吸收频率波动变异系数(CV%)为2.58%,同一芯片APTT检测CV%为1.24%。与全自动凝血检测仪Sysmex CS 2000i临床实测结果比较,10例健康血液临床实测结果决定系数(R2)达0.983。7次全血检测,P-QCM凝血仪的检测CV%为1.15%。结论 P-QCM凝血仪的实验结果重复性良好,具备临床检测能力,能适应于全血检测,可用于床旁检测。
Objective Consistency analysis of a portable coagulation detector for household use with Parylene-C modified quartz crystal microbalance(P-QCM)chip was to be analysed.Methods With activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)as the detection index,the whole blood and plasma were detected by a portable coagulation detector with P-QCM chip,and compared with the internationally recognized optical coagulation detector.Results In the same centrifugal plasma sample tested 10 times independently,the absorption frequency shift CV%and APTT CV%of P-QCM chip portable coagulation detector decreased by 2.58%and 1.24%,separately.Compared with the clinical measurement of Sysmex CS 2000i,the clinical determination coefficient(R2)of 10 healthy blood samples was 0.983.Seven whole blood tests showed that the CV%of P-QCM chip portable coagulation detector was 1.15%.Conclusion P-QCM household portable detector had stability and reproducibility of APTT measurements.It had the ability of clinical detection and could be used for whole blood test.Besides,it could be used as point of care testing.
