摘要
目的探讨凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(aPTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、凝血酶时间(TT)在健康人群中的分布,并对不同的年龄、性别组分别进行比较分析。方法选择健康人535名在法国 STA-compact 全自动血液凝固仪上采用原装配套试剂测定 PT、aPTT、Fbg、TT。结果 535名健康人参考值范围:PT 11.74~14.74 s;PTR 0.90 ~1.14;INR 0.86~1.20;aPTT 32.16~46.03 s;Fbg 1.69~4.10g/L;TY 13.85~21.75 s。男、女性别之间 PT、PTR、 INR、Fbg 差异有显著性(P<0.05)。各年龄组之间Ⅳ组(大于60岁)与各组 PT 差异有显著性(P<0.05),Ⅱ组(21~40 岁)与Ⅲ组(41~60岁)aPPT 差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组 Fbg 差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论除 TT 测定无统计学意义外,PT、PTR、INR、Fbg 在不同性别和年龄组均有不同程度差异,aPTT 在Ⅱ、Ⅲ组有显著性差异。各实验室应建立自己的参考值为临床诊断提供最可靠的依据。
Objective To explore the differences of prothrombin time ( PT), active partial thromboplastin time (aPTT), fibrinogen(Fbg) and thrombin time(TT) in healthy peoples and compare them among different sexuality and age groups. Methods The plasma samples of 535 healthy peoples were examined by automated blood coagulation analayzer STA-compact. Results Among 535 health peoples, the reference range of PT was 11.74 - 14.74 s, PTR was 0.90 - 1.14, INR was 0.86 - 1.20 ; aPTT was 32.16 - 46.03 s ; Fbg was 1.67 -4.10 g/L; TT was 13.85 - 21.75. Statistical analysis were done by SPSS 10.0 software, and shows there were significant difference between man and woman ( P〈0.05 ). A among the groups of different age,there were significant differences in PT exist in Ⅳ group (over 60 years old) and the other groups (P〈0.05), there were aPTT between Ⅱ group (20 -40 years old) and Ⅲ group(41 -60 years old) (P 〈 0.05 ) , the same as Fbg between Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group, Ⅱ group and Ⅳ group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There are various effects of PT, PTR, INR and Fbg tests due to different sexually and age except for TT, there aren’t significant difference of aPTT among the other groups but between Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups. So one laborator) should set up its own referane range in order to supply reliable proves for clinical diagnosis.
