摘要 目的分析不同标本量及不同红细胞压积对活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)等凝血项目检测的影响。方法对不同的采血标本量、不同红细胞压积的标本进行凝血项目PT、APTT检测,分析对比检测结果。结果不同采血标本量、红细胞压积异常均会对检测的结果产生影响。采血样本量过少会使样本被过分稀释,从而不发生凝固。红细胞压积的偏高会使凝血项目的检查时间出现延长,红细胞压积的偏低会导致发生凝固。结论不同采血标本量、红细胞压积异常均会对结果产生影响,提示护士在进行血液标本采样前,应了解血液标本质量的控制相关标准,以确保采样的质量。 Objective To analyze the effects of different sample sizes and different hematocrit on the detection of coagulation activities in activated partial thrombin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT). Methods PT and APTT were detected by different blood samples and different hematocrit. Results Different samples of blood samples and abnormal erythrocyte deposition can affect the test results. Too little sample size will cause the sample to be overdiluted,so that no solidification occurs. If the hematocrit is too high,the examination time of coagulation item will be prolonged. If the hematocrit is too low,coagulation will occur. Conclusion Different blood samples and abnormal hematocrit can affect the results. In order to ensure the quality of the samples,the nurse should know the quality control standards of the blood samples before sampling the blood samples.
