摘要 系统总结重庆医科大学附属儿童医院开展和推广基于形成性评价的儿科住院医师规范化培训模式的实践与应用的经验,是以临床为基础,学术为导向,医教协同双向反馈,贯穿整个培训过程的发展性的评价方法,是培养新时代具有岗位胜任力儿科医师的有效方法,值得推广应用。 This article systematically summarized the experience of the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University about the practice and application of the standardized training model of pediatric resident based on formative evaluation.It was a clinical practice-based, academic-oriented, progressive and formative evaluation.The two-way feedbacks between the teachers and students ran through the whole training process.It is an effective way to culture the competency pediatricians.
