摘要
已有调查显示医学生在职业选择上存在偏好问题。当今处于多元化信息时代,医学教育和医学生成长均面临巨大挑战,医学生实习必然受到更多因素的影响。本研究通过问卷调查的方式探析医学生在临床实习中是否已经存在专业偏好问题,并探究其影响与对策。
A survey has shown that medical students have a preference in career choices. At the era of diversified information, medical education and medical generation are facing enormous challenges, and medical students' internships are bound to be affected by more factors. This study investigated whether medical students had professional preference in clinical practice through questionnaires, and the influence factors and strategies were also discussed.
