摘要
目的:调查后疫情时代医学生职业认同和职业规划现状,并分析其影响因素,为医学生的职业认同与职业规划教育提供参考。方法:采用分年级的网络调查方式,自行设计问卷,并使用二元Logistic回归分析。结果:医学生的职业认同感普遍较强,所学专业、对新冠肺炎疫情的关注程度、社会责任承担情况等是疫情前后医学生职业规划转变的影响因素。结论:医学院校应针对不同专业制定差异化培养方案,开设职业规划课程,增加临床实践课程频率,结合抗疫案例,开展思政专题教育,以助力医学类人才蓬勃生长,更好护佑人民生命健康。
Objective To investigate the status of medical students’professional identity and career planning in the post-epidemic era,analyze its influencing factors,and provide references for medical students’professional identity and career planning education.Methods The method of network survey was adopted with self-made questionnaire.And binary Logistic regression analysis was used.Results Medical students generally had a strong sense of professional identity.Factors of major,attention to COVID-19,and social responsibility can influence the change of medical students’career planning before and after the epidemic.Conclusion Medical colleges should develop differentiated training programs for different majors,offer career planning courses,increase the frequency of clinical practice courses,and carry out ideological and political education which is combined anti-epidemic cases,which can help the cultivation of medical talents and better protect the people’s lives and health.
