摘要 实验室是学校进行实验教学和科学研究的重要基地,管理水平的优劣直接影响实验室作用的发挥,特别是化学实验室情况复杂,科学的管理方法显得尤为重要。结合学校实验室管理政策及机械与动力工程学院实验室管理的具体工作要求,从完善实验室规章制度及整体安全管理体系、安全意识防范、设备规范化管理、化学试剂管理等方面阐述了化学实验室管理的基本思路,重点介绍化学试剂管理,从严格把控采购源头、规范化学品管理系统申购流程、化学试剂实验室保存、废液回收,实现化学品的流向在线监控与闭环管理,彻底改变化学试剂管理混乱的现象。经过长期探索与实验室管理工作实践经验的积累,在化学实验室管理中取得了显著成效,同时给同行提供新思路、新方法。 The laboratory is an important base of experimental teaching and scientific research in school. The quality of management directly affects the function of laboratory. Scientific management method is particularly important, especially for chemical laboratory. The article combines with Shanghai Jiao Tong University laboratory management policy and the concrete practice of laboratory safety management in School of Mechanical Engineering. The basic construction ideas of chemical laboratory management are elaborated such as the laboratory rules and regulations and the overall safety management system, safety awareness prevention, standardized management of equipment, management of chemicals, etc. Management of chemicals is introduced emphatically from controlling procurement source, standard purchase process, laboratory preservation of chemical reagents, recycling the waste. After a long period of exploration and practice of laboratory management work, the chemical laboratory has made remarkable achievements. At the same time, we hope to provide new ideas and new methods for our colleagues.
