摘要
目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗社区原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:收治原发性高血压患者106例,随机分为两组,每组各53例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后血压和不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗社区原发性高血压的临床疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of levamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension in community.Methods:106 cases of patients with essential hypertension were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the observation group was treated with levamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan,the clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,blood pressure was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Levamlodipine besylate combined with valsartan was effective in treating essential hypertension in community.
