摘要
本文基于数字化、集成化的设计思想,结合多层微波-数字混压基板PCB技术,设计并实现了一款高集成度的S波段8通道数字收发阵列模块。通过详细介绍其组成和关键技术,制作了实物样机并对相关指标进行了测试,测试结果验证了设计方法的正确性。
Based on design principle of digitization and integration, an S-band 8-channel digital transceiver array module with high integration is designed using multilayer digital-microwave composite substrate PCBs. The composition and key techniques of the proposed module are described in detail. For experimental verification, a prototype is fabricated and relevant specifications are tested. Test results show the justification of the design.
