摘要
对多层微波数字复合基板和宽禁带高效电路进行了研究,并设计了一种基于高效宽禁带器件和多层微波数字复合基板技术的收发组件。该收发组件的发射功率大于10 W,发射通道射频功率效率超过60%,大大高于传统收发组件的效率。
A new TR module is designed based on the wide band-gap high-efficiency component and the technology of the multilayer digital microwave composite substrate with a study on the muhilayer digital microwave composite substrate and the wide band-gap high-efficiency circuit. The transmitting power of the TR module is more than 10 W, and the efficiency of the RF power in the transmit- ting channel exceeds 60%, which is much higher than that of the conventional modules.
