数字阵列雷达是近几年发展迅速的一种新型相控阵雷达,其中数字阵列模块是数字阵列雷达的关键核心部件之一。本文详细介绍了一种S波段数字阵列模块的设计与实现。该模块突破了多种关键技术,具有集成度高、性能指标优良等特点,测试结果完全满足雷达系统研制要求。
The digital array radar（ DAR） is a new phased array radar that has developed rapidly in recent years,with the digital array module（ DAM） as its key part. The design and implementation of an S-band DAM are introduced in detail. A variety of key technologies have been overcome for the DAM which features high integration and good performance indexes. The test results meet the demands of the development of radar system.
