摘要
文章介绍了足下垂患者使用的踝足矫形器产品功能及发展现状。通过比较静态式、动态式、定制型三种踝足矫形器在结构及制作方式的不同对患者佩戴舒适性与步行模式的影响,结合国内外的相关研究,对现有踝足矫形器产品在设计结构、制作方法、使用材料等方面存在的问题进行分析,提出在改善矫形器使用体验与康复效果的同时,应将制作时间与成本控制在合理范围,为相关领域产品的设计改良提供思路。
This paper introduces the function and development of ankle-foot orthosis used by patients with foot drop. By comparing the influence of the structure and manufacture method of static, dynamic and custom ankle-foot orthoses on patients’ wearing comfort and walking mode, and combining the related research at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the effects of the three kinds of ankle-foot orthotics on the patients’ comfort and walking mode. The existing problems in the design structure, production method and materials of ankle foot orthosis were analyzed. It was suggested that the production time and cost should be controlled in a reasonable range while improving the use experience and rehabilitation effect of ankle foot orthosis. This provides ideas for product design improvement in related fields.
