高分子踝足矫形器矫治脑瘫踝足畸形的初步观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察自制高分子踝足矫形器(ankle-footorthrosis,AFO)配合脑瘫(cerebralpalsy,CP)康复治疗的效果。方法64例有踝足畸形的痉挛型CP患儿(双足畸形52例,单足畸形12例,共116足)经矫形外科会诊后,在进行运动疗法等治疗的同时采用自制高分子AFO进行矫治,并随访畸形矫正效果。结果穿戴AFO3~14月后,共有98足畸形得到矫正,优良率84.5%。结论自制高分子AFO为CP康复治疗的有效配合手段,具有重量轻、弹性好、穿戴方便等优点。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of oneself-making macromolecular polymer ankle-foot orthosis(AFO)combined with rehabilitation of cerebral palsy (CP).Methods After consultation of orthopedic surgery,64children of spastic type CP accompanied with ankle-foot malformation,including52cases of talipes with bifeet,12cases of talipes with one foot(altogether116feet)were orthotic treated with oneself-making AFO,simultaneous with that have undergoing physical therapy etc,then followed up the orthotreatment outcome.Results Three to fourteen months afte r AFO treatment,,ninty -eight feet were corrected,excellent rate was84.5%.Conclusions Macromolecular polymer AFO is an effective assited medical appliance for CP,it have advantage s in light weight,good elasticity and facilities for put on.[
