摘要
以清远职业技术学院护理专业为例,阐述了《外科护理》在中高职衔接高职院校段课程中的衔接问题,通过实际调研分析,确定中高职衔接护理专业高职阶段外科护理课程知识结构对应临床护理实际工作岗位的核心能力与素质要求。根据临床护理任务设置相应的教学项目,参考临床护理程序和质量要求改进教学方法和教学评价,实施基于岗位胜任力的任务引领型教学模式教学,达到课程教学改革的目的,使学生的学习更贴近临床护理工作实际,提高学生学习的积极性和主动性,培养学生临床综合思维及解决实际问题的能力。
By Analysis of practical investigation, the teachers concluded the competences and qualities for clinical nursing which corresponding to the structure of surgical nursing education in college of higher vocational. By stimulation of clinical surgical nursing practice, setting up specific teaching subjects and corresponding teaching approaches evaluation system, and applying professional competency-based and task-based teaching model, they achieved the improvement on the education reform, made the teaching program closer to the clinical nursing practice, enhanced the initiative and productivity of students and fostered the comprehensive abilities of clinical thinking and problem solving.
