摘要
目的:探讨南京中医药大学附属盐城市中医院制剂前列适安片联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊对前列腺增生症患者国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量(PVR)、前列腺体积(PV)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、急性尿储留(AUR)发生率的影响和临床疗效。方法:采用前瞻性研究,收集南京中医药大学附属盐城市中医院2016年10月至2017年6月收治的前列腺增生患者215例。按照随机号分两组:治疗组90例和对照组125例。治疗组采用前列适安联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗,对照组单独使用盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗。结果:两组在治疗前IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PVR、PV、PSA、AUR发生率的情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后对照组IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PVR四项指标和治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),PV、PSA、AUR发生率三项指标和治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),治疗后治疗组和治疗前比较,IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PVR、PV、AUR发生率6项指标差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),PSA一项指标和治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后治疗组IPSS、QOL、Qmax、PVR、PV、AUR发生率六项指标和对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),PSA一项指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:前列适安片联合盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊口服对前列腺增生有良好的临床疗效,能明显改善BPH患者的下尿路症状(LUTS)和生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of tamsulosin combined with Chinese medicine Qianlie Shian tablet for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and its impact on the international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life(QOL)score,maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),post-void resident(PVR),prostate volume(PV),prostate-specific antigen(PSA)and acute urinary retention(AUR)of patients.Methods:215 patients with BPH in Yancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to June 2017 were analyzed in a prospective study.The patients were divided into two groups by random numbers: the treatment group(n=90)and the control group(n=125).The patients of the treatment group were treated with tamsulosin combined with Chinese medicine Qianlie Shian tablet and the patients of the control group were treated with tamsulosin.Results:The differences in IPSS,QOL,Qmax,PVR,PV,PSA and AUR between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the control group,IPSS,QOL,Qmax and PVR after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment with statistically significance(P<0.05)and PV,PSA and AUR after treatment were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).In the treatment group,the differences in IPSS,QOL,Qmax,PVR,PV and AUR between before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05)while the difference in PSA was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Tamsulosin combined with Chinese medicine Qianlie Shian tablet is of good clinical effect for patients with BPH,which can improve the lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS)and QOL significantly.
