摘要
目的:探讨用中西医结合疗法治疗输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后留置双J管所致膀胱刺激征的疗效。方法:选取在徐州市肿瘤医院接受输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后发生留置双J管所致膀胱刺激征的患者47例作为研究对象。将其随机分为A组和B组。为A组患者联用酒石酸托特罗定片和盐酸坦洛新缓释片进行治疗,为B组患者联用热淋清颗粒、酒石酸托特罗定片和盐酸坦洛新缓释片进行治疗,然后比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后的OABSS评分、QOL评分。结果:治疗前,两组患者的OABSS评分、QOL评分相比,P>0.05。治疗后,两组患者的OABSS评分、QOL评分均较治疗前显著降低,且B组患者的OABSS评分、QOL评分均低于A组患者,P<0.05。结论:用中西医结合疗法治疗输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后留置双J管所致膀胱刺激征可显著减轻患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of bladder irritation caused by double J tubes after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:47 patients with bladder irritation induced by double J tube after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into group A and Group B.Patients in group A were treated with tortrodine tartrate tablets and Tartraxin hydrochloride sustainedrelease tablets,while patients in group B were treated with Rerinqing granule,Tortrodine tartrate tablets and Tartraxin hydrochloride sustainedrelease tablets.Then OABSS scores and QOL scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment,the OABSS score and QOL score of the two groups were compared,and P>0.05.After treatment,OABSS scores and QOL scores of patients in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and OABSS scores and QOL scores of patients in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of bladder irritation caused by double J tube after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy with combined Chinese and western medicine can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
