摘要
目的观察癃闭舒胶囊辅助治疗对良性前列腺增生肾虚血瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法 132例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组66例,对照组给予盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊和非那雄胺片,观察组在对照组基础上加用癃闭舒胶囊,疗程12周。测定2组总有效率、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(Qo L)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、剩余尿量(PVR)、前列腺体积及前列腺液中白细胞介素8 (IL-8)、单核细胞趋化因子1 (MCP-1)水平。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后,2组IPSS、Qo L、PVR显著降低(P <0. 05),Qmax显著升高(P <0. 05),以观察组更显著(P <0. 05); 2组前列腺体积也显著减小(P <0. 05),但组间无显著差异(P> 0. 05);观察组IL-8、MCP-1水平显著降低(P <0. 05),但对照组无显著变化(P> 0. 05)。结论癃闭舒胶囊可通过减轻前列腺微环境中炎症来改善良性前列腺增生肾虚血瘀证患者临床症状。
AIM To obsere the clinical effects of Longbis!iu Capsules in the adjuvant treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia patients due to Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Pattern.METHODS One hundred and thirty-two patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,66 cases in each group.The control group was given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules and Finateride Tablets,while the observation group was added with Longbishu Capsules on the basisof the control group,and the interventionswent on for 12 weeks.Subsequently total effective rate,international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life(QOL),maximal urinary flowrate(Qmax),post voiding residual(PVR),prostate volumes,and interleukin-8(IL-8),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)levels in prostatic fluid were determined.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(H<0.05).After the treatment,both the two groups shared markedly decreased IPSS,QoL and PVR(H<0.05),remarkably increased Qma(H<0.05),especially for those in the observation group(H<0.05).Prostate volumes in the two groups were also obviously reduced(H<0.05),but there was no obvious difference between thegroups(H>0.05).Significantly decreased IL-8,MCP-1 levels were observed in theobservation group(H<0.05),which were not found in the control group(H>0.05).CONCLUSION For benign prostatic hyperplasia patients due to Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Pattern,Longbishu Capsules can alleviate inflammation in prostate microenvironment to improve clinical symptoms.
