摘要
基于"双一流"建设高校2018年ESI全球排名前1‰学科排名数据及动态趋势,系统分析了ESI前1‰学科维度的发展表现,并从开展基础性科学研究、加强实质性科研合作和优化评价奖励制度体系三个方面提供了加强ESI学科建设的路径参考."双一流"建设背景下,高校在学科建设道路上要避免出现"唯ESI至上"的错误倾向和功利导向,应着重以内涵建设促进一流建设.
Based on the ranking data and dynamic trends of the top1in2018ESI Global,the author systematically analyzed the development performance of the top1in ESI disciplines.It also provides a reference for strengthening ESI discipline construction from three aspects:carrying out basic scientific research,strengthening substantive scientific research cooperation,and optimizing the evaluation and reward system.In the context of“double first-class”construction,colleges and universities should avoid the wrong tendency and utilitarian orientation of“ESI first”in the course of discipline construction,and should focus on connotation construction in promoting first-class construction.
