摘要
[目的/意义]对高校学科发展进行分析和预测,为我国高校建设世界一流学科提供参考。[方法/过程]以北京师范大学为例,利用ESI和Incites数据库进行引文分析,探索尚未进入ESI全球排名前1%、具有一定优势且未来有可能进入ESI排名的潜力学科;以"分子生物学与基因学"学科为例,从期刊分布、院系贡献度、合作情况以及竞争对手情况等角度进行实证分析。[结果/结论]"分子生物学与基因学"学科需加大高质量论文产出,加强与国际一流高校及科研机构合作,提高学科国际竞争力。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze and predict disciplines development in university, to provide reference for building world first-class disciplines. [Method/process]The paper takes Beijing Normal University for example, uses ESI and Incites databases to do citation analysis, and tries to identify some potential disciplines of the University which don＇t belong to top 1%worldwide ranking of ESI for now but have potential advantages for entering ESI ranking in the future. Meanwhile, it takes ＂Molecular Biology Genetics＂ for example to analyze some indices including journal distribution, faculty contribution, cooperation situation and competitors.[Result/conclusion]The paper proposes suggestions on promoting development of ＂Molecular Biology Genetics＂ discipline, including increasing output of high-quality articles, enhancing cooperation with international first-class universities and research institutions, and improving international competitiveness.
