摘要
为了探究导师素质对研究生学术水平的影响机理,以研究生的学术感知力为中介变量,构建导师素质对研究生学术水平的作用模型。运用相关分析、层级回归模型等统计方法对样本数据进行分析。结果表明:导师指导能力对研究生的学术认知程度具有显著正向作用,但对研究生的学术动机强度的作用效果并不显著;导师的学术水平对研究生的学术感知力的两个维度都有正向的显著作用。导师人格魅力对研究生的学术动机强度影响显著,但对研究生的学术认知程度影响并不显著。学术感知力各维度在导师学术水平与研究生学术水平之间所起中介作用均得到证实。
To explore the influence mechanism of supervisor quality on the academic level of graduates,this study builds a mediating model that shows the mediating effects of academic perception between the supervisor quality and the graduates academic level.By means of samples of graduates from different universities and different specialized fields,we test the model by applying the hierarchical regression,correlation analysis and other statistical methods.Results of the analyses suggest that the supervisor’s instructing ability has a significant positive influence on academic cognition of graduate students,while it is not significant on academic motivation.The academic level of the supervisors has a positive impact on the two dimensions of academic perception of graduate students.The effect of supervisor’s charisma on the academic motivation of graduate students is significant,but it is not significant on the academic cognition of graduate students.The mediating role of academic perception between the academic level of supervisor and the academic level of graduate students have been proved.
