摘要
基于“2018年中国博士毕业生调查”数据的分析发现:导师指导频率、指导质量、指导形式对博士生科研能力增值都具有显著的正向影响;选择导师的主动性对上述关系具有调节作用,相较于被动分配导师,主动选择导师情况下导师指导频率、指导质量、指导形式对博士生科研能力增值的正向影响显著增强。为提高博士生培养质量,应充分重视博士生在导学匹配过程中的想法和诉求,赋予他们更多选择权,为他们主动选择导师创造条件,从而形成高度契合的导学关系。
Based on the National Doctoral Graduate Investigation(2018),it found that the supervision frequency,supervision quality and supervision form were positively related to research skill increment of doctoral students significantly;there’s a moderating effect of supervisor-selecting with intention,compared with supervisor-assigning;and the positive impact was enhanced significantly.To improve the cultivation quality of doctoral students,it should pay attention to their thoughts and demands in the process of supervisor matching,and endow them with more choices for their supervisor-selecting,forming a highly compatible supervision relationship.
