摘要
为鉴定黑龙江省哈尔滨市香坊区向阳镇南瓜基地白粉病病原菌种类及其生理小种,试验通过形态观察、分子鉴定及甜瓜生理小种鉴别体系抗感反应表现,鉴定该地区白粉病病原菌。结果表明,该白粉病病原菌为单囊壳白粉菌(Podosphaera xanthii),生理小种为2France。试验鉴定64份南瓜种质资源对该生理小种抗感反应,筛选出13份高抗资源用于南瓜抗白粉病育种。研究明确南瓜白粉病病原菌生理小种,筛选得到南瓜高抗种质资源,为南瓜抗白粉病新品种选育和抗病基因克隆奠定基础。
To identify the pathogen and physiological race of powdery mildew in pumpkin base in Xiangyang Township,Xiangfang District,Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province,morphological observation,molecular identification and physiological race identification using melon hosts were done in the study.The results showed that the powdery mildew was race2France of Podosphaera xanthi.Then,64strains of pumpkin were infected by race2France and the reactions of resistance were identified.Finally,13strains were selected as resistance materials.In this study,the pathogen and physiological race of local powdery mildew was identified and13resistance materials could be used in pumpkin disease resistance breeding and resistance gene cloning.
