摘要
在人工接种条件下,通过测定接种后过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性,研究了甜瓜白粉病抗性反应中相关防御酶活性变化。结果表明,抗、感品种对照的POD、CAT、PPO酶活性无明显差异。接种后,它们的3种酶活性都比对照提高;抗性品种CAT活性高于感病品种;感病品种POD活性高于抗性品种;直到接种后5天,抗病品种PPO活性才超过感病品种,并呈上升趋势。
The change of defense enzyme activity in the resistant reaction to melon powd studied through determined the perroxidase (POD), catlase (CAT)and Polyphenoloxidase(PPO) activity after artificial inoculation. The resuhs showed that the activity of POD, CAT and PPO had no obvious difference between resistance and susceptible control. Activity of the three kind enzymes had increased after inoculating compared with their control. CAT activity of the resistant variety was higher than the susceptible variety. The case of POD activity is opposite to CAT. PPO activity of resistant variety was exceeded than susceptible variety until five davs after inoculation.
