摘要
白粉病是丝瓜生产上普遍发生的病害,造成丝瓜产量和品质的显著下降。试验对248份丝瓜种质材料的白粉病田间抗性进行鉴定评价,结果表明:供试种质的白粉病病情指数在5.5~80.8之间,高抗、抗病、中抗、感病和高感的种质材料分别有28份、42份、107份、55份和16份,分别占试验品种总数的11.3%、16.9%、43.1%、22.2%和6.5%。供试丝瓜种质材料的来源地与白粉病抗性没有明显的相关性;筛选出28份高抗白粉病的种质材料,可作为丝瓜抗白粉病育种的重要亲本。
Powdery mildew is a common disease in the production of Luffa,causing a significant decline in the yield and quality of Luffa.In the experiment,the resistance to powdery mildew of 248 Luffa germplasm materials was identified and evaluated in the field.The results showed that the powdery mildew disease index of the tested germplasm was between 5.5 and 80.8,and there were 28,42,107,55 and 16 germplasm materials with high resistance,disease resistance,medium resistance,susceptibility,and high susceptibility,they accounted for 11.3%,16.9%,43.1%,22.2%and 6.5%of the total number of tested varieties,respectively.There is no obvious correlation between the source of the tested Luffa germplasm and powdery mildew resistance;28 germplasm materials with high resistance to powdery mildew were screened out,which can be used as important parents for the breeding of Luffa resistant to powdery mildew.
